Wild Caught Alligator

THOL is proud to introduce our Wild Caught Alligator leathers to our customers. From the southern states of USA comes our responsibly harvested (under US Fish and Wild Life license) wild caught alligators, tanned at premium tanneries in the USA. We support small Nuisance Alligator Contractors’ (think of “Crocodile Dundees” of the South) livelihoods through this effort, and their catch is strictly regulated. Under the US Fish and Wildlife program, the wild gator population in the USA has made a remarkable recovery. Buy with confidence. All leathers come with a control tag.

NOTE: Wild caught gators are NOT farm-raised in enclosures and, therefore, are not graded the same way as farm-raised gators. These animals are survivors in the wild, which is reflected in these hides. As with any natural product, imperfections are expected. But we do make sure to carefully inspect for quality before they get to you.
