Shipping policy

We strive to get you the best shipping rates within the US from carriers.  We chose Fedex or UPS as our preferred carrier, but plan to add more carriers if rates are competitive and benefit our customers. We have competitive rates for international shipping to Canada through USPS. We have recently introduced a flat shipping rate of $20.00 for our Canadian clients who can accommodate  6-10 day delivery times.  We have no control over import/customs tariffs/fees or local taxes that you may have to pay, so please plan to pay them as required by your carrier.  We prepare products for shipping within 2 days (but usually on the same day) of receiving your orders, so please plan your projects accordingly by adding this duration to Shipper's chosen shipping and delivery time.

Orders outside of the United States: Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee or import tax or similar. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about customs clearance. In addition, THOL is not responsible for any duties and taxes (otherwise, we would essentially be giving away our products for free). Orders may take 2 weeks for delivery by the carrier, so please plan your projects accordingly. If more than 4 weeks have gone by and you have not received your item, please first contact the Carrier (DHL. etc.) first to track down your order, then contact us. A tracking number is provided to you via email when the order is completed and shipped.

International Shipping Charges:  Due to the increased cost of international shipping, free shipping is currently unavailable internationally. All shipping charges are calculated automatically by the carrier (for example, DHL) automatically, based on package weight and dimensions. Recently, we have received preferred discounts from Fed-Ex, which may be better than what you see during checkout. So please contact us via info@tholfineleathers.com to find you the lowest shipping rate.  We try and package efficiently in the smallest possible boxes with minimum but safe package material to avoid damage.

Lost Packages

For packages that are lost and/or marked as delivered, but were not received, please contact USPS or your local postal service or Carrier (DHL, UPS, etc.) to file a claim. On occasion, packages may have been mistakenly marked as delivered but will take a few more days to arrive. Please note, if you have entered the wrong shipping address, and the package is already delivered or in-transit, a shipping fee will apply to resend the package.
