Nappa Calf - Matte Black by THOL

Presenting THOL’s Nappa Calf, popularly called “Softy”. These are select Grade A/B hides with minimal marks or blemishes and have a high cutting value and were specially made for THOL to our specifications. The skins were drum-dyed to a rich black color and finished in matte black and finally hot smooth-plated for a rich and baby-back smooth premium hand feel you expect from premium calf leathers. The flesh side is smooth-pasted. Great for bi-fold wallets, leather garments, high boots, women’s purses, journal covers, etc.   

Shopper’s Tip:  

Finished Leathers are graded and pricing is set based on their quality level. Leather grades generally range from A through F, with Grade A being the highest quality hides in terms of finish and the percentage of physical flaws/defects allowed.
