Italian Veg Tan Cow Shoulders - Smooth

Our Italian Veg Tan Cow Shoulders are select Grade A hides, tanned with just the right amount of waxes and oils for a full body smooth hand feel.  Each hide was made in Tuscany for THOL under our strict specifications, hand-dyed to give it that Italian leather feel and then finished to a matte look. We plan to offer this as a standard article in other colors.

These hides are 3oz thick and are ideal for EDCs like wallets, card holders, Name Tags, Key Chains, IPad covers, Journal Covers, etc. But don’t let us stop you from trying other ideas with them. 

Tannage: Veg Tanned European Cow

Cut: Double Shoulder (also as single shoulders)

Colors:  Hand dyed Burgundy (with other colors coming soon)

Grade: A

Temper: Medium

Feel : Smooth, slightly waxy finish coated.

Flesh side - Split (not pasted)

Thickness:  3 oz 

Double Shoulder Size:  14 -15 sq ft.  Single - 7-7.5 sq ft.
